    weightlifting class will involve working on technique so that you will be able perform better whilst training. Each class will focus on a different lift from deadlifts, squats , cleans, push press, snatch etc… The benefit of these sessions is that you will have guidance from your trainer to ensure you are performing these exercises correctly and safely whilst building up your strength.

    Aqua class is a fun & enjoyable workout to music while in the water. It is a class suited to all fitness levels and aims to give a total body workout combining cardio fitness, muscle conditioning and overall strength whilst being very low impact on the joints, reducing any risk of injury.
